North American Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
McDodo Worldwide ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, (if we have any issues to ship to you APO/FPO/DPO you will be contacted via email)
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Mcdodo Worldwide is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges & Return Fee ($6.00).
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at mcdodotech@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status.
